Shizuoka Fruit Tea | Lemon & Green Tea

A refreshing green tea with a clean lemon aroma.

This sustainable fruit tea uses Shizuoka fruit that falls outside standard specifications because of its weight, color or shape. Float the dried lemon slice on sencha and enjoy the gradual changes in fruit aroma and flavor. It is also recommended as iced tea or mixed with sparkling soda.

• Dried lemon: one slice.
• Sencha tea bag: one 2.5 g bag.

Ingredients

Dried lemon (processed in Japan), tea.

How to brew

1. Put one tea bag in 200 ml of boiling water and steep for 40 seconds.
2. Remove the tea bag and float the dried lemon slice on the tea.
3. Wait about 20–30 seconds and enjoy the changes in aroma and flavor.

For cold brewing

We recommend using two packs of this product. Add two tea bags and the dried lemon to 500 ml of water and steep in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
